Analysis and registration of Digital Signature

We study and analyze the data from your profile, initiate the procedure for obtaining a PESEL (if you do not have one) and an Digital Signature Certificate for each of the co-founders of the company. Term 2-5 days.

Preparation and Confirmation

Selection of PKD (Polska Klasyfikacja Działalności) codes, determination of the legal address, ratio of shares of co-owners in the authorized capital, choice of the form of management of the company. Further, the Client confirms the correctness of all data.

Submitting an application to KRS

We prepare all the necessary applications to the court register for registering a company and sign them using an Digital Signature Certificate. We pay the state fee for entering the company into the register and enter data into the CRBR. At this stage, you receive Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and statistic number REGON. Term from 24 hours to 7 days.

Opening a bank account

After confirmation of registration, we open a current account.
