What do students of the course say?
Roman's course on opening a company in Poland was truly helpful. It covers all relevant issues related not only to company registration but also many indirect questions that will help entrepreneurs conduct business effectively and efficiently in Poland from a legal perspective. The structured course, with its individual informative videos, makes the information easy to digest. A big bonus is that the videos are accompanied by useful links and sample documents. The step-by-step video instructions for registering a company are up-to-date and up-to-date. The high quality of the video and audio makes viewing comfortable for the listener. The course also includes case studies on opening several popular businesses in Poland. I recommend Roman's course to all interested entrepreneurs as a complete and comprehensive guide to starting a business in Poland.
Overall, the course was very informative, easy to understand, and covered many points in detail. I especially found the information on obtaining full insurance coverage if you register yourself as a 1/16 shareholder, and on the different ways to withdraw funds from a company (especially if you're a student or transferring copyright). The course is quite extensive, so you need to schedule time for each day. But after watching half the course, I realized it would still be better to trust the professionals and purchase a company registration service, as there are so many nuances that ordinary people can make a ton of mistakes. I definitely wouldn't register the company myself; I'd order this paid service instead. It would save time and money. (However, I read that from a marketing perspective, this is actually a good thing: people will buy not only the course but also the company registration service.)
"I got used to the new environment thanks to this course!" The course is truly useful for foreigners wanting to start a business in Poland. The structured presentation of information and step-by-step instructions gave me confidence in the process of opening my company. The section on additional documents for the KRS was especially helpful, as this often causes difficulties.
"A complete immersion into the world of business in Poland!" This course was truly a revelation for me. The entire process of starting and running a business in Poland is clearly laid out, from choosing a company structure to preparing financial statements. I really appreciate how thoroughly the pros and cons of various options are explained, as well as the additional bonuses that help you understand all the nuances.
Thank you! I really appreciate Roman's detailed discussion of not only technical aspects but also practical issues, such as bank account withdrawals and tax filing. This course makes the entire process seem much less complicated.
"Invaluable help in starting my business!" The course "How to Open and Successfully Run a Business in Poland" has become a true mentor in the world of business for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed information on every step, from preparation to financial reporting. Furthermore, the employment bonuses for foreigners and other additional resources make this course an indispensable tool for a successful start in Poland.
