Jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (JDG) is the simplest business form in Poland. CEIDG registration is free and usually takes one business day online. It suits freelancers, IT specialists, and small businesses — if you have the right to run a business (PESEL, residence card, or PESEL UKR).
