Want to work or run a business legally in Poland? Hello Poland helps with JDG (sole proprietorship) and Sp. z o.o. (LLC) registration — plus alternatives from a ready-made VAT company to our business incubator. We guide you from choosing the right form to obtaining NIP, REGON, and a bank account.

JDG registration — who it’s for and how it works

Jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (JDG) is the simplest business form in Poland. CEIDG registration is free and usually takes one business day online. It suits freelancers, IT specialists, and small businesses — if you have the right to run a business (PESEL, residence card, or PESEL UKR).

  • PKD codes and tax form selection (ryczałt, progressive scale, flat 19%),
  • preparing and filing the CEIDG-1 application,
  • ZUS registration — ulga na start and preferencyjny ZUS,
  • VAT advice and bookkeeping support after registration.

Sp. z o.o. registration

When you need a legal entity, limited liability, or multiple founders — we set up Sp. z o.o. via KRS (online S24 or notarial deed). Minimum share capital — PLN 5,000. Full support: articles of association, KRS, NIP, REGON, beneficial owners, bank account.

Sp. z o.o. setup — from PLN 2,000.
