Master of Management Psychology, graduate of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine. Implements HR changes in the company that increase business efficiency. Iryna is responsible for a number of business processes, employer brand formation, and effectively using the potential of employees - Hello Poland's most valuable asset - to increase the company's profitability.
